OpenMinds is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive social media marketing strategy to enhance our online presence and engage with our target audience.
— Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with company goals, targeting audience growth and engagement
— Create and execute content plans for Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to drive consistent, relevant traffic and engagement while maintaining a strong online presence
— Engage with the audience, ensuring prompt responses to comments and requests
— Monitor market trends, competitors, and target audience behaviors; provide recommendations on how to enhance our online presence;
— Craft visuals to illustrate posts on social media platforms
— 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management
— Deep understanding of major social platforms capabilities, features and functions (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
— Experience in creating various types of content such as visuals, infographics, guides, etc.
— Strong design skills in Figma and/or Illustrator
— Ability to analyse both market and target audience to explore new opportunities and emerging trends
— Fluency in English
