Project Assistant / Junior Project Manager

Who we’re looking for

OpenMinds is seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Project Manager / Project Assistant to support our project teams. The ideal candidate will assist with partner communications, project planning, reporting, and ensuring effective collaboration across departments.

This role is perfect for those eager to develop their project management skills and contribute to impactful projects.

In the position you will:

— Assist in daily communication with our partners & stakeholders to build strong & lasting relationships

— Assist in developing and tracking project plans and timelines

— Help with project reporting, including preparing and maintaining project documentation and status reports

— Support the monitoring and evaluation process to ensure project effectiveness

— Assist in coordinating and facilitating connections between different departments to ensure smooth collaboration

We are a perfect match if you have:

— Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1+)

— Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

— 6+ months of experience in project management assistance or similar roles

— Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

— Flexibility and adaptability to changing project needs and environments

— Background in Social & Behavioral Sciences, Communication, International Politics or Law or would be a plus
