OpenMinds is in search of a Communications Specialist to join our dedicated team. This individual will be vital in crafting and executing behavior change communication campaigns to counter misinformation and propaganda.
— Create, edit and publish text and visual content which resonates with targeted demographics including mainstream, hard-to-reach, and vulnerable audiences
— Contribute to the innovative multi-channel communication strategies that align with our organizational objectives, leveraging insights from AI and behavioral sciences
— Oversee the delivery of complex multi-channel campaigns and communications interventions, ensuring that production and implementation are managed effectively and that all outputs are audience-centric and align with the overarching communications strategy
— Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in at least one of the following areas: journalism and media, strategic communications, political campaigns, PR, marketing, or brand strategy
— Fluency in Russian language and deep knowledge of Russian political, economic, and social context
— Proven track record with digital communication channels and the ability to manage multi-faceted digital campaigns
— Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively and persuasively
— Experience of working with civil society organizations, NGOs, academia or government and crafting campaigns that drive behavior change
— Creative and strategic mindset, with a proactive approach to tackling challenges
